About the Cakes:

All cakes are made with the freshest ingredients including French-style butter and the best quality chocolate.

Half sheet cakes are made with 1 layer of filling and covered with butter-cream, ganache, or whipped cream.

Layer cakes are made with 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling and are also covered with butter-cream, ganache, or whipped cream..

Special occasion cakes are made especially specific including 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling per tier.   Cakes are covered with rolled fondant and decorated with handmade sugar-paste flowers and designs.

All specialty cakes are made to order at the customers demands.
